Preorders can be placed through our storefront. Just choose your cookies, select a Friday or Saturday pickup window, and check out!

We don’t take same-day orders (yet!) since we’re a small bakery and plan each batch in advance. Preorders help us keep everything fresh and thoughtful.

We accept major credit cards as well as digital payments like Zelle or Paypal.
Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

If you're running late, just call or text us at 408-444-5688 to let us know.
Note: Orders not picked up during the designated window will not be held or refunded. Please be sure to arrive on time.
We are not responsible for storage or handling after orders have been picked up.

We don’t currently offer regular delivery. However, we’re happy to deliver custom or large orders within a 20-mile radius for an additional fee.

Not yet. As a small local business, we’re currently focused on serving Santa Clara and the surrounding areas through local pickups and limited deliveries for large orders only.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been picked up, we are not responsible for storage or handling.

Pickup Hub

HubOn is a local delivery service that brings your order to a nearby neighborhood store (a “hub”) for you to pick up. It’s a convenient and eco-friendly alternative to home delivery.

Yes! Add the Pickup Hub to your cart along with your cookies, then choose your preferred hub location before checking out.

HubOn charges a $6.99 flat fee per order, which covers handling and delivery to your selected hub.

Yes. Pickup Hub must be added as an item for each order. This ensures we know where to send your cookies.

You’ll receive a text message update once your cookies have arrived at your chosen hub. Be sure to check your hub’s store hours before heading over.

Orders must be picked up within 2 days of delivery to your hub. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be removed from the hub.

Orders not picked up within the hub’s hours will not be held or refunded. Please plan to pick up promptly for the freshest cookies.
Catering

Yes! For catering, events, or large orders (50+ cookies), contact us here for availability and pricing.
We recommend reaching out at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability.
Please note: A 50% retainer is required to confirm all large or custom orders. Final payment is due a week prior to pickup or delivery.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your date.

Yes. We are fully insured and operate out of a licensed commercial kitchen.
Dietary Options

Our cookies may contain nuts, gluten, and other allergens. We don’t offer certified allergen-free or vegan options at this time, but ingredients are listed on our labels and we’re happy to answer any questions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate severe food allergies at this time due to the scale of our business. All major allergens contained are listed on each product detail page.

We offer select nut-free flavors. However, please note that our ingredients and shared kitchen may come into contact with nuts. While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.
