  • Preorders can be placed through our storefront. Just choose your cookies, select a Friday or Saturday pickup window, and check out!

  • We don’t take same-day orders (yet!) since we’re a small bakery and plan each batch in advance. Preorders help us keep everything fresh and thoughtful.

  • If you're running late, just call or text us at 408-444-5688 to let us know.

    Note: Orders not picked up during the designated window will not be held or refunded. Please be sure to arrive on time.

    We are not responsible for storage or handling after orders have been picked up.

  • We don’t currently offer regular delivery. However, we’re happy to deliver custom or large orders within a 20-mile radius for an additional fee.

  • Not yet. As a small local business, we’re currently focused on serving Santa Clara and the surrounding areas through local pickups and limited deliveries for large orders only.

  • Yes! For catering, events, or large orders (50+ cookies), contact us here for availability and pricing.

    We recommend reaching out at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability.

    Please note: A 50% deposit is required to confirm all large or custom orders. Final payment is due prior to pickup or delivery.

  • Our cookies may contain nuts, gluten, and other allergens. We don’t offer certified allergen-free or vegan options at this time, but ingredients are listed on our labels and we’re happy to answer any questions.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate severe food allergies at this time due to the scale of our business. All major allergens contained are listed on each product detail page.
