Local Pickup

Local to Sunnyvale? Pick up your cookies for free every Friday or Saturday at your business sponsor location, Prostone Services:

How it Works

  1. Visit our pre-order site and select the Sunnyvale pickup location.

  2. Add your favorite cookies to your cart then choose your pickup date (Friday or Saturday).

  3. Park in any open spot and head into the lobby at Prostone Services. We’ll be inside with your cookies ready!

Important Details

  • Free pickup; no additional fees.

  • Please pick up during your scheduled window for the best freshness.

  • Bring your order name or confirmation email to collect your cookies.

  • We are not responsible for storage once your order has been picked up.

Pickup Hub

We’ve partnered with HubOn to make getting your cookies easier (and greener!). For a flat $6.99 fee, your order will be dropped off at a nearby HubOn pickup hub, ready for you to collect at your convenience.

Available at 60+ Bay Area locations. Find your nearest hub on the HubOn locations page. Don’t see your preferred hub on our pre-order site? Let us know and we’ll get it added for you.

How it Works

  1. Visit our pre-order site, select Pickup Hub as the pickup location, and add the Pickup Hub service to your cart along with your cookies.

  2. You’ll receive a text message once your order arrives at the hub. (Be sure to check the hub’s store hours to plan your pickup.)

  3. When you arrive, let a store employee know you’re picking up your HubOn order.

Important Details

  • Orders must be picked up within 2 days of arrival at a hub. After this window, orders may no longer be available and are non-refundable.

  • HubOn charges a $6.99 flat fee per order, which helps cover handling and transport to your chosen hub.

  • We are not responsible for storage once your order has been collected, so please plan to pick up promptly for the freshest cookies.
